The jarringly colourful ads appropriately highlight the very commercial and accessible S/S collection that included a variety of tropical prints, safari suits and resort styles. Shot by duo Inez & Vinoodh, the ads feature top models Natasha Poly in the foreground and relative Australian newcomer Abbey Lee Kershaw hovering with male models in the back . The hair, makeup and styling are fine. But there’s nothing new or exciting overall, much like Frida Giannini’s designs of late. Not that these ads aren’t better than a lot of the drudge out there and somewhat pleasing to the eye, but it’s just mostly bright and unfocused chaos.
