dior’s glam slam

Though the SS10 Dior collection didn’t exactly surprise with yet another rendition of the 40s femme fatale, the makeup and hair by Pat McGrath and Orlando Pita are to die for! The models striding through the Tuileries post-show look like amazing, modern-day Hitchcock heroines.

At the risk of sounding like an old fogey…I liked the collection! It was glamorous, girly and wearable. Nothing wrong with that.
Okay okay it was a bit of rehash and my BF said it looked like La Perla LOL but I could’nt take my eyes off the runway!I drooled over all the trenchs!

    P.S. Nice title!

    Hey Jean!

haha thanks, sometimes I’m too punny for my own good.
Agree, the collection was solid, a whole lotta transparency and everything was oh-so-pretty! the bags are kinda cool and i’m not a big fan of dior bags. personally don’t think all designs have to be for young ppl or forward-thinking (just look at Lanvin this season), but i can see the want for breaking new ground.
I like how your BF puts in his two cents haha, I need to find a guy like that!
