amfar gala 2010

A sampling of some of the red carpet style from the fashion set and stylish celebs who attended the AmfAR Gala at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden Roc in Cannes…

Constance Jablonski with Pucci designer Peter Dundas all in Pucci of course and Diane Kruger wearing – what else? – Chanel.

Michelle Williams goes against the floor-length grain with a Sonia Rykiel minidress to wonderful effect, while Karolina Kurkova wears a fringed Marchesa.

Giovanna Battaglia in Armani Privé and a serpent statement necklace and her boyfriend Vladimir’s sister, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld in Mark Fast.

Karl Lagerfeld flanked by his usual boys, Baptiste Giabiconi and Sebastian Jondeau and birthday girl, Naomi Campbell in L’Wren Scott.

Brazilian bombshell Ana Beatriz Barros in a one-shouldered white number and Rachel Bilson in Chanel with interestingly placed embellishments.

Carine Roitfeld makes a statement in leopard, while Dree Hemingway stuns in a neon Valentino Couture mini.

Naomi & Anna Beatriz were just too stunning for words except WOW!
Carine Roitfeld was underwhelming & looked like Iggy Pop in drag…!

    Hey Jeanne!

Wish I knew who made Ana Beatriz’s dress, can’t say I like her bleached Barbie look however. Yup no words on Carine’s dress, but underwhelming is fitting!

    Hi Sarah!
That’s funny I was going to mention Anna B’s hair but forgot.Too bouffant for my liking as well but I guess its the Victoria’s Secret influence. Her gown’s by Versace.

Oh thanks Jeanne! That was my guess for her dress – that or Cavalli…
