When stylist and magazine maven Katie Grand left Pop Magazine, it was major news. She’d been there since 2000 and offered the publication the wealth of her styling expertise (she’s worked for Louis Vuitton, Prada and Proenza Schouler) and many connections (her first Pop issue featured a handful of her pals, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo, Luella Bartley, etc.).
So some wondered if Pop would still exist (it does). Her post-Pop project? Another fashion and culture magazine called Love, which is set to hit newsstands during London Fashion Week on February 19. The debut issue’s theme is “curvy,” supposedly using no models of sample size. The inside pages are rumoured to include Gossip lead singer Beth Ditto, Darya Kurovska, Lara Stone and Agyness Deyn (no samples sizes she said?).
