Boring? Just a little. But Mikael Jansson managed to breathe some life and movement into an otherwise uneventful collection full of girly ruffles and scallops from first-time British designer Hannah MacGibbon, who replaced Paulo Melim Andersson after 3 major seasons.
The ads stay faithful to past Chloé ads. They’re reminiscent of 2006 with Malgosia Bela and Carmen Kass who were likewise shot contrasting earthy terrain and the 2005 ads featuring Anja Rubik and Julia Stegner tossing their blonde hair. Anna (carrying the purple purse) definitely steals the show in these ads, though that’s usually the case with multi-girl ads and Toni is the greener model of the two.
